Terms & Prize Draw Rules
1. The promoter
“Enter To Win” is a trading name of Enter To Win Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17187174), registered office Alder House, Verney Close, Buckingham, England, MK18 1JP (“we”, “us”, “the promoter”). Contact: hello@entertowin.uk.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate family. By entering you confirm you meet these conditions.
3. How to enter
Each competition can be entered online for the ticket price shown, or for free by post (see clause 4). Every entry, paid or free, must correctly answer the skill-testing question shown on the competition page — an entry without a correct answer does not qualify.
4. Free postal entry route
To enter for free, hand-write your full name, address, date of birth, phone number, the competition you're entering and your answer to that competition's skill question on a plain postcard (no larger than A5), and post it to: The Old Gingerbread House, Buckingham MK18 1JT. Limit one free entry per postcard, per person, per competition. Free entries must arrive before the competition closes and carry exactly the same odds of winning as a paid ticket. We do not reimburse postage. Most competitions run for a fixed period, shown as a closing date on the competition page. A small number of competitions instead run with no fixed closing date and close as soon as every ticket has sold — this is stated clearly on that competition's page, since it means a posted entry could arrive after the competition has already closed if it sells out quickly.
5. The draw
Winners are selected using a random number generator (RNG), which selects a winning ticket number at random from all qualifying entries — paid and free. Every ticket number has an equal chance of being selected. The draw takes place within 7 days of the competition closing — either the closing date shown on the competition page, or, for a competition with no fixed closing date, within 7 days of every ticket selling. 6. Prizes
Prizes are as described on the relevant competition page. Where a cash alternative is offered, this is stated on the competition page; otherwise no cash alternative is available. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified; an unclaimed prize after this period may be forfeited and, where reasonably possible, re-drawn from the remaining qualifying entries. Before releasing a prize we may ask a winner to provide reasonable proof of identity and age (for example, a passport, driving licence, or equivalent); a prize may be withheld, or forfeited and re-drawn, if this cannot reasonably be provided or if it shows an entrant did not meet the eligibility requirements in clause 2.
7. Charity contribution
10% of ticket revenue from each competition is donated to charity, independent of whether that competition's ticket target is reached.
8. Cancellation & changes
Every competition draws as scheduled on its advertised closing date, using the entries received by then — we do not extend a closing date or cancel a draw because a competition is undersold. We may only cancel a competition in exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example, the advertised prize becoming unavailable, suspected fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement); if that happens, all paid entries for that competition are refunded in full. Any such change will be published on the relevant competition page.
9. Complaints
If you're unhappy with a competition, a draw, or how we've handled your entry, contact us at hello@entertowin.uk with your complaint and any relevant details (the competition name and your order or ticket reference help us look into it faster). We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 3 working days and give you a full response within 14 days. If you're not satisfied with that response, you can ask for it to be reviewed again by our management team, or seek free, independent guidance from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133, citizensadvice.org.uk).
10. Privacy
Details you submit — online or by post — are used only to run the competition, verify entries and contact winners, and are not sold to third parties. Contact hello@entertowin.uk for any data request.
11. Responsible play

12. Governing law
These terms, and any competition run under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
